More Than Gifts was established in 2004 and our name
was chosen with care
to signify that customers are purchasing more than gifts -
they are also helping to promote and support fair trading for skilled crafts-people in those countries through increased trade, fair prices, fair treatment, good working conditions and health care facilities.
We are also pleased to purchase our wooden products from a company that supports the work of
Medecins Sans Frontieres
which provides medical aid in more than 75 countries around the world.
More Than Gifts actively

We are also
aware of environmental issues around the world and try to encourage suppliers to use production methods that will have the minimum effect on the environment by using recycled or sustainable materials when possible.

based in the East Midlands and specialise in authentic fairly traded and handcrafted gifts that often can not be found in High Street stores.
We

Our prices include second class delivery within the UK and other mailing options are available at checkout. We welcome orders from customers outside of the UK who wish to purchase gifts for friends and family in the UK. About Fairtrade

Fair Trade differs from standard trade in five principal ways:

3. provides credit when needed to allow orders to be fulfilled and pays premiums to be used to provide further benefits to producer communities;
4. encourages the fair treatment of all workers, ensuring good conditions in the workplace and throughout the supply chain;
