This information relates to retail orders and not trade/wholesale that are issued with their own T&Cs.

Delivery:

Orders will normally be processed and despatched same working day / next day depending on the time order is placed (unless otherwise stated in the product description).

All goods remain the property of More Than Gifts until full payment has been received and cleared.
Shipping / Postage Costs Delivery to mainland UK:

We offer free second class delivery to all UK addresses (or, at our discretion, the equivalent service for heavier parcels). This includes orders placed by customers living outside of the UK who wish to purchase gifts for friends and family in the UK.

Next Day Delivery is guaranteed for the day after the order is processed. This may not be the same day as the order is placed - please email
More Than Gifts if you require confirmation.

Next Day Delivery for payment by cheque - orders will only be despatched after payment has been received and cleared. If Guaranteed Next Day Delivery has been selected, that postage method will be used once the cheque has cleared. Please be aware of the time delay whilst the cheque clears.
Delivery outside of UK:

More Than Gifts will ship worldwide to most countries. Please contact us for shipping costs before processing your order. The purchaser will be responsible for any other charges that may be incurred, (customs, local taxes etc.).
Drop-Shipping:

Some products are offered for sale and shipped directly from the country of origin so there will be a delay in receiving the order. This is made clear in the product description and delivery costs are included in the price.

Please note that the buyer is responsible and therefore liable for any custom & handling charges, taxes etc. that may be added to the order when entering the destination country.

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and ensure that we purchase quality items and then describe them as accurately as possible to avoid disappointment.

Please be aware that, although we take every care to provide an accurate representation of our products, most items are handmade and therefore slight variations in the design, colour shape etc. will naturally occur due to the very nature of handcrafted goods.

Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, customers ordering goods over the phone or online have the legal right to cancel the order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. This applies to all of our products with the exception of special orders and personalised items (see below). Where goods are delivered to a third party, customers may only cancel the order if they can return the goods to us.

All goods must be returned promptly, in an unused, resaleable condition with their original packaging (unless damaged in transit).

Any refund or exchange will be given when the goods are received and checked.

The above Returns Policy will be honoured provided that the following conditions are adhered:

Item(s) should NOT to be returned until the customer has contacted More Than Gifts and informed how to proceed.

The customer should contact More Than Gifts within 48 hours of receiving unsatisfactory / damaged goods. Please either email

For damaged goods, More Than Gifts will reimburse any 1st/2nd class postage costs incurred by the customer as a result of returning the package.

If the goods are not actually faulty or damaged, they must be returned in an unused, resaleable condition and the return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend that customers obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns lost in transit and will therefore be unable to refund or exchange the item.

For some items, More Than Gifts may suggest that they are returned via recorded delivery. If this is the case, the recorded delivery charge incurred will be refunded.

The customer must inform us within a reasonable time if goods are not received (lost in transit).

Where appropriate, all packing materials and items to be kept as received in case of inspection. Please do not discard broken items or original packing materials until you are informed to do so by More Than Gifts as this may have an effect on the replacement or refund.
Products made to customers' own specifications or special orders:

These goods will only be accepted as a return if the actual item is faulty. They are made to the customer’s own requirements or purchased especially and we are unable to accept these as returns for any other reasons.
This will be made clear in the order agreement and Special Orders T&Cs.

Please be aware that there may be slight variations to the product as all handmade goods are unique and individual.
