Woodburning, metallic foils and stunning brush work have all been applied to recreate the ancient cathedrals in Moscow and surrounding cities - Russia’s “Golden Ring." Each doll in the set is devoted to a city in the ring and features the cathedrals of that city including
Moscow, Sergiev Posad,
Vladimir, Suzdal,
Rostov,
Murom, Uglitch, and others.
Approximate height of tallest doll is 20 cms / 8 inches.
