To purchase items with More Than Gifts please complete the following steps:
Create an Account.....If you do not have an account, you may create one by
clicking here
. You will receive a welcome email immediately to know that it has been actioned successfully.
Log in.....If you have previously registered with us, simply log-in using your username and password.
Browse..... our store and select the gift(s) you wish to purchase. Click 'Buy Now' and the item(s) will be added to your shopping cart. Any items you have previously placed in your basket will also be included. You may remove items from your cart at any time by pressing 'delete item'.
Checkout......When you have decided which product(s) you would like to buy, proceed to the checkout page. Here you can provide your delivery information and select your preferred payment method. You may also choice an alternative postal service and add comments about your order.
Delivery Information..... Please provide a delivery address (if different from the account holder's address). N.B.
we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Select Payment Method..... We offer payment facilities for credit card, debit cards. Paypal, Nochex and UK personal cheques. If preferred, you may place your order online and telephone your card details to 0115 9746229
Confirm..... When you are satisfied that all the details are correct click 'Confirm Order'.
Finished!.... You will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order and you will also receive additional emails updating you on the status of your order as it is processed and despatched. You may view the status of your order at any time by viewing your order history. To do this, click on 'order history'.
Despatch and Delivery..... Purchases paid by credit / debit card, will normally be despatched within 1 working day. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, you will be informed immediately and advised of a revised despatch date. Purchases paid by personal cheque / postal order will be despatched as soon as the payment has been received and cleared.
