This website is owned and operated by More Than Gifts.

We advise you to read through these Terms and Conditions (also Delivery and Returns and Privacy Statement) before using the site or purchasing items.

These T&Cs govern your use of our website. By using our website you accept these T&Cs in full. If you disagree with any part of these T&Cs please do not use the website.

1. General
   1. We reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is the customer’s responsibility to read the T&Cs section regularly to be aware of any changes.

2. Cookies
   1. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer's hard drive through your web browser when you visit More Than Gifts. Cookies enable our system to recognise your computer so that we can provide you with personalised information and features regarding our site. Cookies allow you to view pages that are personal to you such as shopping basket, order history etc.
   2. You can set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies or to block cookies. If you block cookies, you may not be able to use certain site features or functions.

3. Order Process
   1. All orders placed on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
   2. Once an order has been confirmed, an email will be sent to the email address given acknowledging the order and product details. Please note that this email is not a confirmation of stock availability.
   3. Submitting an order confirms your agreement to pay for all goods in full. Exceptions to this will be if you contact More Than Gifts and are permitted to cancel all or part of the order (see shipping and returns section) OR item(s) are out of stock and you choose to cancel that item.
   4. Items made to customers' own specifications or Special Orders may be purchased once agreed by the customer and More Than Gifts. Items made to customers' own specifications or Special Orders have their own Terms and Conditions and refunds will not be given unless goods are faulty.
   5. By registering on our site, you are able to access details of your current and previous orders.

4. Promotional / Discount Codes
   1. These codes are issued to enable customers to obtain benefits.

2. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use.

3. If you use a promotional code to claim a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it.

4. By using it to claim a promotional benefit you will be confirming that:

you are entitled to use the code;

you meet all the conditions that apply to its use;

you agree to the terms set out below.

5. If More Than Gifts finds that the customer is not eligible to use the code or does not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reject the order or alternatively process it without the promotional benefit being applied.

6. Order Delivery
   1. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Delivery and Returns Information section. Every effort is made to despatch and deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays may occur due to unforeseen factors.
   2. More Than Gifts shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to despatch the products within estimated timescales. This includes Personalised Items and Special Orders.
   3. Any delivery options requested by a customer will be actioned where possible (e.g. please leave at number 5, leave in shed etc.), but will be the customer's responsibility. More Than Gifts will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred to the order due to these requests.

7. Payment
   1. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, you will be contacted and given the option of a new delivery date or a full refund (where applicable).
   2. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception: While we try and ensure that the prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If an error is discovered in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
   3. All goods remain the property of More Than Gifts until full payment has been received and cleared.
   4. Payment for customers' own customised specifications or Special Orders are agreed on an individual basis. Full T&Cs details will be given separately. Refunds will not be given unless goods are faulty.
   5. Payment may be made via credit card, debit card, BACS, Paypal or Personal Cheque ( UK only).

       

      8. Returns and Cancellations
         1. We offer a money-back guarantee (except for personalised goods and special orders). 
         2. Please note that most of our products are handmade so may vary slightly in size, design, colour etc. from the photographs shown. These will not be classed as faults.
         3. Refunds, replacements or exchanges are processed as soon as original item(s) has been received (unless awaiting stock). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
         4. The UK 's Distance Selling Regulations states that customers ordering goods over the phone or online have the legal right to cancel the order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. This applies to most of our products with the exception of special orders, personalised items and earrings. Where goods are delivered to a third party, customers may only cancel the order if they can return the goods to us.

      9. Refusal Of Transaction
         1. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website.
         2. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
         3. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

       

      10. Intellectual Property
          1. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content unless permission is obtained in writing from More Than Gifts.

       

      11. Liability and Indemnity
          1. All credit card payment transactions are solely between the customer and Nochex / Paypal or the credit / debit card company. More Than Gifts cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you to these companies.
          2. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we can not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. More Than Gifts is not committed to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on this website is kept up-to-date.
          3. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise - including, without limitation, any loss of profit, contracts, business, goodwill, data, income, revenue or anticipated savings.

       

      12. Miscellaneous Provisions
          1. To provide increased value to our customers, More Than Gifts may provide links to other websites for you to access at your sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that, as you have chosen to enter the linked website, More Than Gifts is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not review or endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for (i) the privacy practices of such websites, (ii) the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources or (iii) the use to which others make of these websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services available on such external websites or resources.
